Perhaps the most famous car brand made in Britain, Vauxhall has become incredibly popular in recent years and this is undoubtedly due to the success of the Vauxhall Corsa. As the second-best selling car in the UK, the Corsa is topped only by the Ford Fiesta.
Best known for making small affordable cars that are safe and cheap to run. Vauxhall’s love of gadgets and technology is evident in all their models - giving them an edge when you get in the driving seat.
Vauxhall pride themselves on their smart interiors and their love of technology is clear across the range. The dashboards look slick, the seats are comfortable and inviting and there’s lots of little personal touches which work well. Many models across their range come fitted with Vauxhall’s clever Intellilink infotainment system, allowing you to stay connected with your phone for music and calls - it even enables you to safely receive and send text messages.
Now in its fifth generation model, the Vauxhall Corsa goes from strength to strength. The sculpted contours and sleek body make this a great looking car. It’s fun and enjoyable to drive and it’s handy for nipping around town. With many people learning to drive in a Vauxhall Corsa, it’s no wonder that loads of new drivers opt for a Corsa as their first car.
Let’s not forget the Vauxhall Astra which has been a constant best seller since its launch in 1979 and it’s easy to see why. It’s a joy to drive, easy to handle plus it’s smart and very roomy.
It’s going to be interesting to see whether “the baby” of the Vauxhall family will be as popular as these two. The Adam is Vauxhall’s trendy and relatively new city car. It’s already turning heads with its cool good looks and the amazing ability to configure it to make it your own!
