With its smooth lines, the A1 is extremely easy on the eye. Audi haven’t neglected the baby of the group by giving the A1 a really swanky interior too - full of kit. You can choose keyless entry and ignition as well as parking, rain and light sensors, and Audi offer Audi Drive Select which allows you to switch driving modes.
The infotainment system is top notch and if you opt for Audi Connect you’ll get a Wi-Fi hotspot and useful information like nearby petrol stations. You can also upgrade to a Bose surround sound system which is perfect to get you and your mates in the mood for a Saturday night out with some uplifting tunes.
Comfortable and safe
It may be compact in size, but it’s surprisingly comfortable and extremely safe. The front seats are snug and supportive with a decent amount of leg room. The rear seats are a little cramped so don’t be surprised if your mates are fighting to sit upfront with you!
The A1 scored a fabulous five stars with Euro NCAP and a hard to beat 90% adult occupant protection rating. Chid rating was substantially lower though at 79%.
