Am I eligible?
To take out 60 day learner driver insurance, you'll need:
- A UK provisional licence that is valid and in date.
- A supervisor who is aged 25 or over, with a full UK licence held for at least three years. If they only drive automatics, they can't supervise you in a manual.
- The vehicle must fall within our learner driver insurance guidelines, including certain age, value and insurance group limits. You'll be able to check this as part of your quote.

What happens when your test comes around?
Your Marmalade cover is designed for the learner stage, so it ends the moment you pass your practical test. There are couple of practical things to keep in mind:
- If you're taking your test in the insured car, then make sure to arrange a lift home from the test centre, as you can't legally drive back on a learner policy once you've passed.
- If your test moves or you'd like more time, you can take out another short-term policy in any of the six duration options and carry on from where you left off.
