Job Role Summary

This is a central role within Marmalade which contributes to the commercial success of the business. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the digital marketing team and management of digital agencies. They will also be responsible for building a robust digital channel strategy to achieve online commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Leading the Digital Marketing Team and supporting the Ecommerce Manager.
  • Creating robust digital attribution models to effectively optimize budget.
  • Responsibility for all online acquisition channels; Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliates, Performance Emails.
  • Providing digital channel strategies for new and renewal sales.
  • Managing digital agencies to effectively deliver the channel strategies within budget.
  • Providing comprehensive weekly and monthly feedback on digital performance with actionable insights for all key stakeholders.
  • Providing support and insights for the development of online journeys.
  • Implementing a mobile first approach to the digital channels.
  • Working with the Marketing and IT Teams to develop campaigns, commercial messaging, landing pages and strong merchandising to enhance the sales performance of the digital channels.
