This is a central role within Marmalade which contributes to the commercial success of the business.

The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the digital marketing team and management of digital agencies. They will also be responsible for building a robust digital channel strategy to achieve online commercial targets.

• Leading the Digital Marketing Team and supporting the Ecommerce Manager.
• Creating robust digital attribution models to effectively optimize budget.
• Responsibility for all online acquisition channels; Paid Search, Display, Paid Social and SEO
• Providing digital channel strategies for new and renewal sales.
• Managing digital agencies to effectively deliver the channel strategies within budget.
• Providing comprehensive weekly and monthly feedback on digital performance with actionable insights for all key stakeholders.
• Implementing our on and off site SEO strategy and working with our content team to improve our organic visibility and performance. 
• Providing support and insights for the development of online journeys.
• Implementing a mobile first approach to the digital channels.
• Working with the Marketing and IT Teams to develop campaigns, commercial messaging, landing pages and strong merchandising to enhance the sales performance of the digital channels.

• This role requires a balance of commercial, creative and analytical skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment and who can adapt to change quickly.
• Strong leadership is required to successfully manage and develop team members.
• Working collaboratively with other teams to successfully deliver projects within targets. 
• Demonstrating a desire to grow the brand and keeping up to date on new digital developments.

Currently, due to COVID-19 this role is fully remote. When it is safe to return to work in an office environment this role will be office based.
